How America Doomed Its Own Economy
Under the Bretton Woods System, the US Dollar was backed by gold. Then it was backed by nothing. Ever since then, the world seems to be getting both more complicated, and more chaotic. Why is that, and how did we get here?
This is the story of how our politicians, bankers, and economists, lost control of the global economy in an attempt to bring stability to the world. In dong so, the American dream has become a nightmare

The only American who won't acknowledge this Administration's failed economic policies is Joe Biden. "Shrink-flation' is the least of our worries compared to rising rents and stagnant wages, but it is an undeniable indicator of how bad our inflation has gotten. I have $100k that i like to invest in a non-retirement account, any advice on that?

I would avoid index funds, mutual funds, and specific stocks for the time being. Right now, the best option is a fixed income of five percent. Put money aside for the times when the market really starts to bounce back.

Investing is not necessarily a rollercoaster if you know your way around the market, there are various opportunities in the present market to accrue good profit, If you are not too savvy with the market, just buy and hold on strong companies with good earnings, or consult with advisors on ETFs and actively managed funds.

There are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’AMBER KAY WRIGHT ” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look her up.

An interesting take on recent history, but Greenspan really wasn't the genius that you make him out to be. Paul Volker should get credit for fixing the problems of the 1970s. And it was impossible to decipher what Greenspan actually thought or did, other than invent "Fed-speak" to ensure that nobody understood him when he was forced to testify before Congress. And the idea that Chinese leaders engineered the 2008 sub-prime crisis as revenge for the Asian financial crisis may appeal to your sense of justice but it's not supported by the facts. It also begs the question how the clever Chinese leaders, who are apparently experts at using property bubbles as economic weapons, allowed the current property bubble to develop in their own country.

These are also reasons why other countries are not buying into American ideology. This forces other dominant countries to join and stand against the U.S. and it's allies resulting in what we now know of BRIC'S.

This is not economics. This is history. And a biased one at that. You should rename your title. It's inaccurate. This reads like a fiction novel. America didn't "trick" southeast asia or use them as an experiment... It's a much more complex interplay of SouthEast Asian cultures, crises, distribution and allocation of resources, democracy vs a centralized system. America sent certain jobs over seas, but this wasn't due to power per se. There may have been bad actors but the American system is a representation of what "computers" aimed to implement: decentralization. I'm sorry to be coarse and rude but this video is quite childlike. Great editing and great story, though.

To blame computers wholly for the reason that the real-estate bubble went on for long is a pretty big oversight. What about rating agencies that have and still have conflicts of interest or convoluted structured credit products like CDOs?

Then sell everyone a electric car who with the interest rate based on what there job affords. With interest rate people can afford. Then if the person loses there job they can pause payments for one year. Or restructure welfare give people a choice regular welfare as it is with all its restrictions or no restrictions welfare for 5 years giving regular people in poverty the ability to make money and not penalized for it and be able to save there money .and extend welfare for everyone for 5 years but people get to pick when the use it . Guve people housing food and free college school for 5years and see what i Innovation will do

The simplest reduction from this brief history is that government programs are effective at lifting their populations out of poverty, and that transferring that wealth into the hands of the wealthy creates rapid but illusory wealth for them and the impoverishment of the population. I may not ascribe to Marxism, but if I had wanted to prove Marx right I cannot imagine a more effective means of doing so. As for who or what is controlling or driving the current global economy, I can think of only one thing- ideology. The unshakeable belief that the system works by maximizing capitalism is keeping a failing system chugging along way past its expiration date. The Federal Reserve Bank has found that their brakes are not working very well. Wallstreet is booming but Main Street is completely unpersuaded by the apparent profits. Skepticism and cynicism are on the rise among the populace while the wealthy become more and more detached from the economy that has enriched them. You can blame this on many things, but the unwillingness of the majority to question the Reaganomics that are most strongly correlated to this trend means that public policy continues to ignore the obvious. How long this can continue is anyone's guess. And how the resulting instability across Europe, Asia, and Africa shakes up the system is unknowable even if it seems certain that it will prove pivotal.

Since Biden took office, there seem to have been more unfavorable results in America. These results include effects on the markets, such as price declines and sharp increases in inflation, as well as bank failures. I wonder if the sudden increase in interest rates will help value investors or if it would be wiser to stay away from the stock and financial markets for the time being.

They possess a special combination of abilities that enable them to take both long and short positions, benefiting from the possibility of significant gains while also safeguarding against downward turns. Additionally, they have access to exclusive knowledge and research that virtually guarantees they will outperform. I've had a portfolio coach for more than two years, and throughout that time I've actually earned over $432k. It was a wonderful experience!

For you to grow your portfolio in today's market, you really need to be coachable and willing to get off your high horses. I for example, have managed to grow mine from $150k to 300% of my initial deposit within the past 8 months just by copying trades from a broker that has better skillset and technical know-how than me.

The seeds of America's down fall were sown in 1913 with the FED gaining control over the money supply followed by government debt, real estate as an investment, excessive government spending, the emancipation of women and a general unwillingness to take the word of God seriously and at face value. It got Judaized and spiritualized away until people thought it meant something quite different from what God intended. This led to the current heretical practice of nicolaitanism and immorality.
